Throttle is activated through adjusting lift of valve core. Choke gate position is relayed to the choke console by a low-pressure air signal from the actuator of the choke. The cylindrical gate & seat can be reversed without removing choke from manifold. Hydraulic Drilling Chokes are used to control borehole pressure for drilling or well service operations.

We supply the hydraulic drilling chokes available in all temperature and PSI levels according to A.P.I Specification 6A standards. It is available in flanged ends in standard bore sizes from 2 1⁄16” through 4 1⁄16” in working pressures of 5,000 psi and 15,000 psi.
